·            Site walk new AT&T LTE 2C and 3C site builds with MasTec CM and annotate any special construction requests

·               Work with MasTec CM/PM to obtain construction site materials, as per BOM and AT&T ERF.

·               Obtain construction material needed from Primus and Electrical Suppliers.

·               Address Punch List corrections in the field when necessary.

·               Train tower Foremen on how to wire AC breakers in the PPC cabinet, BBU Battery Heater Pads and Rectifiers in the field.

·               Red Line all CD’s and RFDS’s post construction to reflect the site build.

·               Review all SCC Closeout files and pictures to ensure all aspects of construction are installed per AT&T ND502 standard.

·               Upload Closeout Package to MasTec database ‘N-Site’ as well as email directly to CM/PM/PC.

·               Review Tape Drop and AAT pictures to make sure all azimuths and mechanical down tilt pictures are as per the CD/RFDS.

·               Generate the Sweep and PIM report based off of raw .DAT and .PIM files, after reviewing to make sure all markers are correct as per frequency.

·               Assist with escalated Tiger Team issues in the field.

·               Assist PM with True-Up

·               Add relevant Drivers and upload relevant photos to the Site Project in ‘N-Site’ to ensure payment accuracy.

·               Develop internal quality control check lists and naming conventions for the Foremen to follow when capturing closeout photos.

·     Coordinated an Ethernet To The Cell Site (ETTCS) project with AT&T, Century-Link, and Frontier LEC’s, on behalf of AT&T Mobility to deliver fiber circuits to specific cell sites

·     Created red-line drawings on site-layout blue-prints using Adobe to indicate what civil work was required, based on the site configuration/requirements

·     Tested, extended, troubleshot T1 voice circuits from the LEC demark to AT&T Mobility BTS (Ericsson 3206/UMTS and 2206/GSM)

·     Extended and terminated 25-pr Icky Pick cable between Hoffman cabinets and installed liquid-tight whips as needed

·     Traveled to Fort Wayne, Indiana to perform PIM and Return-Loss Sweep tests on Andrew and/or Powerwave antennas for AT&T Mobility

·     Submitted screen shots and Excel spreadsheets with pass/fail results for each antenna for inventory and return-to-vendor records

·     Proficient with using Summitek iQA-1921B/iQA-850B PIM testers,  Acterna T-Berd 2310 for testing T1 circuits, and Anritsu MS2034A Site Master Analyzer to sweep antennas
